Cygnet is looking for Support Workers - Days Only to join our team working at Oakwood Gardens. If you have previously worked or are currently working as a care assistant, healthcare assistant, or support worker and are looking for a new opportunity to help support residents with learning difficulties & autism within a care home setting as part of the NHS partnership then read the below...

Oakwood Gardens has 9 self-contained bungalows located in WV5 0BR, Wombourne, that support adults over the age of 18 with learning difficulties and autism.

About the Role...

• Days Only - including alternative weekends
• 42 hours a week
• £12.00 rising to £12.50 per hour
• Helping to promote resident independence
• Supporting residents in all aspects of day-to-day life, encouraging and promoting independence
• Monitoring of residents and reporting concerns to senior team members or managers
• Going out with residents into the local community to attend events, parks, restaurants and local activities
• Completing resident's records to help monitor health
