Job Description
The above vacancy now exists within the Dragonfly Development's Facilities Team of the Property Services Department, based at the Arc in Clowne. The Company is wholly owned by Bolsover District Council. The successful candidate will provide an efficient cleaning service throughout the office accommodation ensuring that it is kept in a clean and hygienic condition.

Property Services are an enthusiastic team that are keen to deliver exceptional customer service. The Facilities Team is made up of a manager, officer, caretaker and cleaners. We deliver high level cleaning to all services areas with a strong customer focus and an enthusiasm to service improvements.
To be successful you will need:
- Demonstrable knowledge of cleaning techniques
- The ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative
- Strong customer service skills
- Competency in washing, cleaning, hoovering etc.
- A basic standard of education for notices, reading policies, bottle labels etc.
