An exciting opportunity is now available within the Property Services Team based at our Depot location at Doe Lea. If successful you will play an essential part in the Property Services team which provides a building surveying service including a comprehensive contract management and administration service. You will also play an essential part in the delivery of planned preventative maintenance, responsive repairs and capital works across a varied property portfolio.

You must possess education to degree level in Building Surveying (or a related subject) or 5 years experience in a relevant construction related discipline. You must also be a team player with excellent communication and ICT skills together with the ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines. Your ability to act on your own initiative and prioritise your work will be essential to successfully undertaking the role.
