An exciting opportunity is now available within the Property and Commercial Services team based at our modern offices within The Arc, Clowne. If successful you will play an essential part in providing administrative support to a busy team covering Dragonfly's economic development, commercial property, property services and facilities management services.

Working within a fast-paced environment, the successful candidate will be proactive, and detail oriented with responsibility for providing administrative assistance to ensure an efficient service is delivered to our customers. You will be able to work to your own initiative, independently and as part of a team, and the role will involve arranging and servicing meetings conferences and events including minute taking, data input, implementing, maintaining and improving administrative services and systems.

The role will require strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with a wide range of audiences. The post-holder will be expected to show initiative, attention to detail, managing priorities and own time, problem-solving skills, and decision-making.

This will culminate in the successful candidate developing key skills and behaviours to support their own progression as well as that of the team.

To be successful you will need:

·Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in business support / commercial property or a similar environment.

·Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and own workload.

·Attention to detail, with accuracy for record keeping and data inputting.

·Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages.

·And excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
