Job Description

Carsington and Hopton C of E Primary School is a caring and nurturing family at the heart of its village community.

We are looking to appoint a positive and friendly Senior Business Assistant to join our school. Carsington and Hopton C of E Primary School is part of The Village Federation, made up of 4 local primary schools.

The current contract offers 18 hours per week for 52 weeks, although a term time only contract, or job share or less hours would be considered for the right candidate.

The right candidate needs to be cheerful and well organised, as well as able to multi-task and continually re-prioritise their workload. As the "face of the school" they need to be confident in building strong relationships with parents, staff, governors, the village community, and, most importantly, the children.

Confident IT skills will be essential to learn the school information systems, for which training will be given. Experience in a similar role is preferred and training will be provided in school specific systems.
