Job Description
An opportunity has arisen with the High Peak Mental Health Prevention and Personalisation Team for a permanent full-time qualified Social Worker.
The successful candidate will join a friendly and supportive team and have access to regular supervision and training.
Applicants will need to demonstrate knowledge and experience of working under the Care Act, Safeguarding, Making Safeguarding Personal, the Mental Capacity Act and the Mental Health Act.
You will have skills, knowledge, and experience to undertake this role in order to provide a safe, accountable, cost effective and efficient service with a focus on maximising independence, choice and control.

SW Grade 9-11 - An initial one off lump sum 'Welcome payment' of £1500 (pro-rata) is attached to this post, payable in your first salary. If you are a qualified AMHP and practice as an AMHP in your post, you will instead receive a 'Welcome payment' of £2500 (pro-rata), payable in your first salary.
