Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated team player who has the drive and ambition to help our children succeed for the following role:

To work with children with specific additional needs across a range of year groups, mainly KS1 but with the ability to adapt to working across Early Years and KS2.

Mickley Village Primary and Nursery School is an expanding school at the heart of Mickley Village. Our staff team are committed to providing the best education for every child and supporting those with additional needs.

The Governors are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, hard-working and highly motivated Teaching Assistant to join at our happy and successful school, starting as soon as possible.

The successful candidates will be working to support children with their learning in their own classrooms, supporting the class teacher as well as delivering interventions both 1-2-1 and in small groups.

The post is temporary due to funding but has a possibility of becoming a longer term post.
