Job Description
We are looking to appoint a caring and enthusiastic Teaching and Learning Assistant to join our school. The successful candidate will be passionate, proactive and committed to the wellbeing, safety and educational development of all children in school.
We are a Church of England Primary School and have a Christian ethos, we welcome and support a diverse community and commit to promoting equality and opportunity.
The successful candidate will work 31.25 decimal hours, 39 weeks. This is a fixed term contract until the end of the summer term 2025, however we do expect an extension. We are also happy for job share applications.

The role of a Teaching and Learning Assistant is varied, and includes:
Supporting the Headteacher, and Class Teacher, across a range activities, which promote the learning and development of children.
Supporting teachers to enable high quality teaching and learning, across all areas of the curriculum.
To help and provide learning support, with children who need specific support to overcome learning barriers.
