We provide outsourced administration services to many of the UK's best-known financial services companies and are committed to being the 'best in-class' platform-based Life and Pensions Administration Service provider.

Why Join Us?

At Diligenta, we understand the importance of balance, security, and a supportive work environment. Here's what we offer:

  • Work-Life Balance: Enjoy 31 days of holiday (including bank holidays) and a Monday to Friday schedule, allowing you to make the most of your time outside work.
  • Job Security: As part of the Tata Group, one of the world's largest and most stable companies, we provide a secure and reliable workplace. Our contributory company pension scheme further ensures your future is well-protected.

What You'll Be Doing:

In this role, you'll represent a major UK bank, responding to customer queries, concerns, and complaints either by telephone or in writing. Your ability to listen empathetically and communicate effectively will be key as you help turn challenging situations into positive experiences. At the heart of this role is a commitment to ensuring that customers feel heard, respected, and well taken care of.

What We're Looking For:

  • Customer Service Excellence: Strong experience in customer service is essential. Experience in complaint handling within the life and pensions industry is a plus but not required.
  • Team Player: We believe that great service is delivered by great teams. If you're passionate about helping people and thrive in a collaborative environment, you'll fit right in.
  • Effective Communication: Your ability to communicate complex information clearly and with empathy is crucial.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: You should be adept at understanding customer needs and resolving issues efficiently and with care.
  • Attention to Detail: Good PC skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel), are important, as is a keen eye for detail.
