What You'll Be Doing:
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking information about their life assurance, savings, investments, or pension plans. Your role is to ensure that every customer interaction is handled with care, whether they are planning for retirement, accessing investments, updating personal information, or dealing with bereavement.
