We're seeking an inspiring and driven leader to help us build on our strengths in relational and strength-based practice. As one of two Service Managers, you'll provide exceptional supervision to our IROs, ensuring that care planning translates into real, lasting impact for our children.

WHAT WILL I NEED?
Required essential qualifications for this role are:
- Recognised Social Work qualification
- Degree in related subject or relevant professional award
- Management qualification to level 5 or equivalent (desirable)
