Job Description
WHAT IS INVOLVED?
Our Fostering Recruitment and Assessment team are responsible for facilitating regular information sessions and attending recruitment events, completing initial screenings and visits, undertaking form 'F' assessments and ensuring families are fully prepared for panel.
As a Social Worker in our team you will support families in learning about the role of the foster carer, thinking creatively about how recruitment also plays a role in the retention of carers, presenting training and working closely with a range of teams

WHAT WILL I NEED?
You will need a degree in social work OR equivalent social work qualification, current Social Work England Registration and to have
successfully completed the Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE).

If successful, you will be required to apply for a Disclosure and Barring Service Enhanced Disclosure.
