Customer Service & Recruitment Coordinator

Salary: up to £32,000/annum

Location: Kew Bridge, London

We are looking for a Customer Service & Recruitment Coordinator tojoin our Tenanted Inns Team at Fuller's. In this role, you will be responsiblefor coordinating customer service for our Tenanted Pubs, overseeing onlineordering, supporting tenant recruitment, and ensuring compliance with thevoluntary pubs code. You'll also act as a key liaison between Fuller's and ourdrinks suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

- Handling inbound calls from tenants and resolving queries efficiently.

- Supporting tenants with order placements, liaising with suppliers, andarranging deliveries.

- Ensuring top-tier customer support by fostering strong relationshipswith tenants.

- Assisting in legal and administrative tasks, including leasedocumentation and magazine production.

- Supporting the administration of training events.

- Managing tenant recruitment by advertising vacancies and administeringthe recruitment website.

- Ensuring compliance with our tenanted pub code of conduct.

What We're Looking For

- Strong ability to work independently and make decisions.

- A structured, methodical, and proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Excellent attention to detail and deadline-driven mindset.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- Previous administrative and customer service experience preferred.
