Food Service & Hospitality Assistant - Monday - Friday

We are currently recruiting for a Front of House Assistant at LBG Tredegar Park.

Location: LBG Tredegar Park, Newport

Rate of pay: £12 per hour

Working pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday- 7am to 3pm

About Us & Our Client:

We are very excited about our Quick Service Diner concept to be launch at Lloyds Banking Group Tredegar Park, Newport. This new food offer forms part of Lloyds new ways of working and enhancing the workplace experience for all their colleagues. LBG Tredegar Park will be the building blocks as Lloyds works to open its Welsh flagship office in central Cardiff 2026.

Our QSD concept is designed to bring the High St feel into the workplace with fresh daily meals designed to be nutritional, well balanced and enjoyed in a fast-paced working environment. Gather & Gather also prides itself on delivering weekly hot counter "Pop Ups" including dishes from our Pizza station, along with fresh baked goods and daily office hospitality menus.

About The Role:

As our Food Service & Hospitality Assistant you will be at the heart of our operations supporting in the daily running of our busy workplace café, providing great food and barista coffee for our customers. Supporting with all catering the smooth running of our hospitality functions. You will be working in a team full of fantastic people. It does not matter if have not worked as a Food Service & Hospitality Assistant before, what matters the most is that you have a passion for great customer service and take pride in everything that you do and most importantly, you are willing to learn.

Key responsibilities:• Serving barista coffee• Work effectively with all colleagues to ensure excellent customer service• Supporting with hospitality functions• Replenishing all baked goods, retail products & vending services• Maintain a professional and friendly image with the customers• To understand and comply with Company and statutory health, hygiene and safety, quality standards including COSHH and HACCP• Take pride in what you do and have fun doing it!
