Kitchen Porter

We are currently recruiting for a Kitchen Porter at GSK Barnard Castle.

Location: GSK

Rate of pay: £12.00 per hour

Working pattern: 20 hours per week

Key responsibilities

To complete duties in the kitchen and service areas as directed that are necessary to ensure an efficient, hygienic service is provided.• To transport all food items and cleaning materials from the delivery area to kitchen storerooms and to kitchen preparation areas as required.• Responsible for the cleaning of delivery areas and storerooms.• Responsible for the correct disposal and any recycling of all rubbish.• Check all stock against delivery orders and ensure correct items and correct quantity are delivered.
