The role...

We have a superb opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join the team in delivering exceptional dishes within one of Fowey's best restaurants. You will be working for our established Head Chef who has a great reputation for developing his team as well as cooking great food. In house training with external accreditation and external NVQ development routes are on offer too. We serve really good food in a relaxed setting both lunch and dinner with some weddings and events to keep things interesting.

As Chef de Partie you will be capable of confidently running your own section in the kitchen working to the high standards in place. At least 6 months experience as a Chef de Partie is preferred, ideally from a quality background.
