We have an exciting opportunity for a Reception Supervisor to join our team. As Reception Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring that every guest experiences the highest level of customer service. Being the first point of contact, you will need to have an engaging and friendly personality, while also covering Duty Manager shifts and consistently going the extra mile to exceed guest expectations.

We are looking for an experienced Receptionist with at least 2 years of experience in a hotel reception role. Ideally, you should have knowledge of OPERA, but full training will be provided. A high standard of English, both written and spoken, is also essential for this role.
