Job Description
The role...
As Restaurant Manager you will have experience of leadership in the Food and Beverage industry. An individual full of energy, ready to be the face and presence of the daily operation, with particular focus around our lunch and dinner offering in a busy hotel environment. Working under our Food & Beverage Manager, your most critical attribute will be the leadership & development of the team. Alongside this, an understanding of how to operate within budget guidelines, having responsibility for managing stock levels & rotation and a strong commercial acumen for increasing revenues and implementing cost controls will support in your journey with Harbour Hotels.
