HarSPA Bristol is a luxurious spa focused on providing a welcoming environment and exceptional service to our clients. We offer a range of wellness treatments aimed at promoting relaxation and rejuvenation. We are looking for a friendly, organised, and professional Spa Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and ensure a smooth, seamless experience from check-in to check-out.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Schedule appointments, manage bookings, and answer phone calls and emails
- Provide information on spa services, treatments, and promotions
- Handle payments, process transactions, and maintain accurate records
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organised, and stocked with brochures or other materials
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally
- Coordinate with therapists to manage appointment schedules efficiently
- Promote and upsell spa products and services
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a spa, hotel, or wellness setting
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with scheduling software and office equipment
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and ability to maintain a calm, friendly demeanor
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays
