We're looking for a detail-oriented Store Merchandising Assistant on a 24 months fixed term contract to support our retail team in delivering an exceptional in-store experience. In this role, you'll assist with product placement, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising to ensure our displays are engaging and well-maintained. The Role

The Purpose of the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Store Ranging & Layout Design: Execute store ranging plans from the Store Merchandise Planner. Ensure effective placement of product categories and departments to drive sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Store Merchandise Planner, Space Planning team, along with wider refit implementation teams to ensure that store layout plans land right first time.
  • Store Feedback - Responsible for resolving store planning queries ensuring this is manage effectively and responded to in a timebound manner.
  • Trials & Projects - Support in store merchandising trials and projects which effect merchandise space ensuring continuity across store size variants and cluster groups where necessary.
  • Refit & new store support - creation of store packs, including navigation requirements and VM equipment and guidance.
  • Other duties on an ad hoc basis.

Location:

This role is based in Nuneaton, and may be occasionally required to travel to our London Hub or to any other location of H&B. We support flexibility and productivity of our employees by hybrid working arrangements with minimum 2 days presence in the office.
