The TikTok Shop Manager is at the heart of our e-commerce success, combining strategic vision with hands-on commercial execution to maximise growth. This role is all about crafting a winning shop strategy, optimising inventory, and delivering engaging promotions that captivate our audience. By leveraging TikTok's dynamic platform, you'll drive traffic, boost sales, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience. From pricing strategies to data-driven insights, you'll keep the shop agile, competitive, and customer-focused—turning views into conversions and trends into revenue.
Purpose of the Job:
The TikTok Shop Manager is responsible for driving the commercial success and growth of our TikTok Shop. This role requires hands-on experience in TikTok Shop operations, influencer management, affiliate marketing, and campaign execution. It combines strategic planning with operational execution to ensure an optimized shoppingexperience.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute a Holland and Barrett's TikTok Shop strategy to maximize revenue, traffic, and engagement.
- Drive growth through organic and paid strategies, including influencer partnerships and affiliate marketing.
- Monitor key KPIs (traffic, conversion, sales revenue) and adjust tactics based on market trends and customer insights.
- Identify and integrate new TikTok features and tools to improve performance and visibility.
- Maintain strong knowledge of TikTok's algorithm, content trends, and eCommerce mechanics.
Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Management
- Develop and manage relationships with TikTok influencers, creators, and affiliates to drive shop sales and to develop engaging, high-converting TikTok Shop content
- Oversee the execution of TikTok LIVE shopping events in collaboration with influencers and affiliate partners.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-performing affiliate partners to expand reach and revenue.
- Track performance and optimize partnerships based on engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.
Commercial Operations & Inventory Management
- Oversee daily shop operations, ensuring smooth inventory flow and stock availability.
- Coordinate with supply chain teams to forecast demand and minimize stock disruptions.
- Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, and promotional strategies to maximize conversions.
- Implement data-driven inventory management processes to optimize product performance.
Pricing & Promotions
- Develop and execute dynamic pricing strategies to remain competitive.
- Plan and manage promotional campaigns, balancing deal drops, always-on pricing, and limited-time offers.
- Analyse pricing impact on conversion rates, revenue, and margin performance.
Performance & Data Optimisation
- Utilize data analytics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Test and optimize content, pricing, and promotional strategies to improve results.
- Present key insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on data-driven findings.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for TikTok Shop-related initiatives.
- Work closely with Digital Trading, Performance Marketing, PR, Social, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams.
- Manage external agency relationships to ensure alignment on strategy and execution.
Customer Experience & Compliance
- Ensure a seamless shopping experience by optimizing product listings and checkout processes.
- Monitor customer feedback, ratings, and reviews, implementing improvements where necessary.
- Ensure compliance with TikTok Shop policies, brand guidelines, and eCommerce best practices.
Location:
This role is based in London (or Nuneaton), and is required to travel to our Nuneaton Hub (or London) and occasionally to any other location of H&B. We support flexibility and productivity of our employees by hybrid working arrangements with minimum 2 days presence in the offices."

Key Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years of hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop operations, influencer campaigns, and TikTok affiliate marketing is a must.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing, TikTok Shop management, and social media marketing is a must.
- Strong understanding of TikTok's eCommerce ecosystem, including affiliate partnerships, live shopping, and platform tools.
- Proven ability to develop, execute, and optimize TikTok Shop campaigns to drive sales.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Experience in content-driven commerce, working with creators and affiliates.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to align internal teams and external partners.
