In 2012 we opened our first nursery. Today, KMK Kinderzimmer has over 30 locations that provide over 4,000 children a second home. After delivering first-class education and care in Germany for ten years, we are now taking what we do exceptionally well and coming over to the UK shores. We are a growing private nursery group that puts children's well-being at the forefront of every action we take. The setting

kinderzimmer Amersham is housed in a charming detached three-storey building, offering a welcoming and secure environment for 3 months to 5-year-olds. The 140-place nursery is situated in a tranquil countryside setting, the location is conveniently close to Amersham's historic high street, featuring a variety of amenities including eateries, shops, and a supermarket just opposite. Excellent transport links abound, with Amersham train station a short 15-minute walk away, providing connections via Chiltern Rail and the Metropolitan Line. Nearby bus stops offer regular services, and the M40 motorway is easily accessible within a 12-minute drive. What will you be doing?

The brand-new nursery setting gives you the opportunity to shape every aspect from the ground up! Your responsibilities include;

  • Ensure that every child receives a high level of care and is in a safe environment.
  • Deliver stimulating methods of learning to help shape individual needs, in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
  • Lead a team of exceptional people towards a common goal.
  • Have experience with business and commerce elements of the Nursery runnings.
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding and compliance procedures.
  • Ability to build trusting relationships with parents, colleague, children and external partners

What we're looking for

For our bespoke nursery, we are looking for experienced leaders to join us;

  • Must be Level 3 qualified or above.
  • Experience with an Early Years Leadership role ideally as a Nursery Manager, Deputy Manager or similar.
  • A confident leader who has successfully participated in Ofsted inspections with "Good" or "Outstanding" outcomes.
  • An inspirational Nursery manager that can develop a high performing team

Pay: £38,000.00-£63,000.00 per year
