kinderzimmer UK are currently looking for Room Leaders to join our Baby, Toddler or Preschool room.

In 2012 we opened our first nursery. Today, Kinderzimmer has over 30 locations that provide over 4,000 children a second home. After delivering first-class education and care in Germany for ten years, we are now taking what we do exceptionally well and coming over to the UK shores. The setting

kinderzimmer Chelmsford Nursery is a unique and enchanting early childhood haven nestled in a quiet residential area just a short distance from Chelmsford train station and local bus routes. Our 84-place nursery, housed in a characterful detached building across two floors, exudes charm and warmth. The light-flooded rooms provide a welcoming atmosphere for our little learners to explore and thrive. With a separate enclosed sandpit for outdoor play and a dedicated kitchen area, we encourage a holistic approach to education, allowing children to not only discover the joy of learning but also to appreciate the world around them. What you will be doing

Guide, inspire and lead a team of childcare professionals to provide outstanding care and education
Plan and provide a diverse learning environment that offers consistent stimulation and exciting activities for children both inside and outside
Deliver learning experiences that support children's development and nurture them to achieve personal milestones
Foster strong relationships with colleagues, parents and relevant professionals to attend to each child's unique needs
Ensure adherence to policies and procedures related to child welfare, protection, health and safety, and safeguarding at all times
Collaborate with your team to maintain a safe and happy environment on a daily basis

Who you are

For our bespoke nursery, we are looking for Room Leaders that;

Must be Level 3 qualified or above.
Have Experience with an Early Years setting ideally as Room Leader or similar
A confident leader who has successfully participated in Ofsted inspections with "Good" or "Outstanding" outcomes.
An inspirational Room Leader that can develop a high performing team
