Job Description
Lincolnshire County Council Adult Care has an exciting opportunity available for an experienced and dedicated Social Worker to join us in our Spalding Adult Frailty and Long-Term Condition team.

Level 2 Social Workers will lead by example and provide supervision, offer sound and accurate case guidance and support to colleagues.
You will be required to visit people in their own homes as well as CQC registered care homes.
About You
It goes without saying that you must be registered with Social Work England and be able to evidence your registration number.
You'll need extensive post qualifying experience, along with:

About the Spalding Team
There are 17 team members which comprise a mixture of Social Workers and Community care officers carrying a caseload of vulnerable adults with a physical disability or elderly frail.
