About this opportunity
In Customer Affordability and Data, we concentrate on three key zones. First, we focus on providing customers with their affordability, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their financial capabilities. Second, we aim to transform how we assess affordability, continuously improving our methods to better serve our customers. Finally, we are dedicated to developing our data capabilities, leveraging advanced analytics to enhance our decision-making processes.
Within Customer Affordability & Value Optimisation (CAVO), we're primarily focused on Zone 2 - reshaping how we evaluate and manage customer affordability for digital-centric journeys. We're breaking down barriers and embracing new data capabilities to examine affordability across all Consumer Lending (CL) propositions. This powerful approach will be essential in offering customers proactive and embedded borrowing options, both within our relationship brands and partner brands.
At CAVO, we offer a dynamic environment where you can enhance customer strategies by elevating the customer experience, improving credit quality, and driving segment growth across all Consumer Lending products. Our focus on affordability and eligibility is grounded in a proven understanding of portfolio performance and stakeholder objectives. You'll thrive in our fantastic team environment, collaborating with stakeholders across multiple teams and functions, both internally and externally. We also provide ample growth opportunities, supporting inquisitive colleagues with a strong desire to learn and innovate.
What you'll need
Previous experience in an analytical, credit, or product environment.
Well-developed data and analytics skills, with a track record of sharing analysis and insights with senior colleagues.
Experience in using segmentation, models, and analytical toolsets to support making recommendations.
