WORKING PATTERN:Hybrid, 40% (or two days) in an office site

About the role
Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a Design Specialist to join our dynamic team which will sit within the Transport Platform, Consumer Lending. This is a brilliant opportunity to play an important role in delivering good outcomes for customers.
This role supports design and delivery of customer treatments and solutions throughout the complaints, litigation, and remediation lifecycle for Motor Commission complaints. This role ensures good customer outcomes that meet regulatory and legal requirements, while also achieving positive results for Transport and the Group.
What you'll be doing
- Stakeholder Collaboration:Work with stakeholders throughout the complaints, litigation, and remediation processes, including teams like Data, CCOR, Controls, and Legal.
- Process Efficiency:Contribute to developing efficient treatments and processes to meet business objectives.
- Team Support:Support the team by promoting diversity, inclusivity, and authenticity. Help ensure everyone is developed to achieve business goals.
- Agile Assistance:Assist in removing blockers for Agile Feature Teams and identify ways to simplify processes while keeping a customer-centric approach.
- Performance and Growth:Work towards individual performance goals and programme OKRs through teamwork. Take personal accountability for professional growth and support others in their development.
- Clear Communication:Understand and communicate the team's purpose, goals, and priorities to ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
What you'll need
- Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills; high level of accuracy in documentation and reporting.
- Critical & Analytical Thinking:Ability to analyse complex information, synthesise the views of multiple parties and to support RAPID decisions.
- Customer focus:Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation, challenging existing practices to enhance outcomes. Identify and implement new methodologies/technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Problem-Solving:Work with others to use problem-solving skills to address challenges and find effective solutions. A passion for how technology and data can help solve problems.
- Collaborator Management:Ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
- Regulatory Knowledge:Relevant experience that shows able to apply complex regulatory environment to customer treatments and solutions.
And the following would be beneficial:
- Agile delivery and thinking: Advocate a culture of experimentation and learning. Experience utilising tools such as Confluence and JIRA beneficial.
- Understanding of the current Motor Commission Complaints environment, relevant regulation rectifications, and Motor Finance would be beneficial.
