An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Digital Channels Team within the Business & Commercial bank.. There will be plenty of chance to create a difference to the lives of our business customers though digital content on our Lloyds Bank and Bank of Scotland business websites.
You'll be part of a broader team that is crafting the future of the Business and Commercial banking's website, step-changing the customer experience, leading on development of new navigation, new components, and major content upgrades to deliver business objectives. This is a dynamic, fast paced and growing team with opportunities to develop into CX Manager roles for the right person.
What you'll be doing:
- Engaging with a broad and active group of partners across the business.
- Making content recommendations that are founded in your understanding of the CMS (AEM) and design systems. Recommendations that are customer focussed, achievable and consistent with the experience cross site.
- Reviewing content requests for relevancy, accuracy, and quality. Collaborating with partners to ensure quality standards are met and proactively challenging briefs to ensure optimum content is delivered.
- Ensuring execution of content changes to websites are timely, accurate and accessibility friendly.
- Contributing to the overall performance and design standards of the website, suggesting innovative ideas to make the existing on-site experience better or suggesting new insights to uplift customer experience and website performance.
- Completing simpler website changes and proactively raising briefs to resolve small errors and deliver fixes.
- Using Adobe analytics to glean insights from existing customer behaviour to inform your thinking and recommendations and take findings from activity to improve customer engagement and channel performance.

What you'll need:
- A deep understanding and proven grasp of content management systems, ideally AEM, gained in a role where you were responsible for updating pages daily.
- Knowledge of building pages to support search engine optimisation and accessibility.
- Experience of using Target to personalise pages and build AB tests
- You'll also be adept at balancing multiple priorities in a dynamic and delivery focused environment, a strong teammate but able to use your own initiative and keeping collaborators up to date and advised of progress on projects.
- Attention to fine detail, ensuring the accuracy of content changes you're responsible for and organisational skills that are second to none!
- A keen eye for design, often you'll need to adapt existing page patterns to accommodate specific content. You'll know what good design is and ensure consistency of UX and design standards across the site
It would be beneficial if you had:
- Knowledge of UX principles, web analytics, visual design.
- An understanding of User Experience and User Centred Design principles.
- Experience of web development projects or basic site maintenance, as well as a real passion for everything digital!
