WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of your time, in the office.

Your roles and responsibilities will include
- Lead, motivate and develop a team of frontline colleagues that can successfully interact with clients at all levels to ensure coverage of client base, providing a high-level service to develop and retain clients
- Develop and lead the client sector growth plans with the REH leadership team
- Lead and support change required to drive sustainable growth in the business
- Deliver the client growth to deliver business objectives
- Collaborate with debt structuring, product partners, and other collaborators to deliver the entire Lloyds Group offering to clients
- Drive the continuous development of our client proposition working closely with partners and the wider leadership team
- Develop a strong market profile to help expand the value and perception from customers of Lloyds Banking Group, projecting the desired corporate image and influence legislative, regulatory, financial and other developments to the advantage of customers and the Group.
- Credit discipline and stewardship across a multi sector CRE book covering all CRE subsectors and client types.

- A track record in Leadership with expertise within Real Estate and Housing.
- Experience managing a team of sector professionals to deliver growth.
- Outstanding risk skills including a deep understanding of real estate credit risk.
- Solid understanding of the regulatory framework in which the business operates.
- A track record of implementing change and developing client propositions
- Sophisticated client skills adaptable to the varied client types we serve

This role is considered Certified under the Senior Manager and Certification Regime as either requiring mandatory qualifications or being deemed as a role capable of providing 'significant harm' to customers. Due to this, successful candidates will be subject to enhanced levels of vetting, and required to complete a fitness and propriety attestation on commencement in role. Colleagues performing this role will be required to be complete a fitness and propriety attestation on an annual basis and will also be subject to additional routine criminal and credit checks

If you manage certified colleagues this role will be identified as Manager of certification employees under SYSC 27.8.13R as defined in the FCA Handbook(1) The function of managing or supervising a certification employee, directly or indirectly, is an FCA-specified significant-harm function.(2) A function in (1) is not an FCA certification function for that firm if it is performed by an SMF manager of that firm.
