JOB TITLE: Operational Excellence Manager

SALARY: £65,385 - £72,650

LOCATION: Edinburgh or Bristol

Hours: Full Time

WORKING PATTERN: Hybrid, 40% (or two days) in the Edinburgh or Bristol office site

What you'll need

  • Proven experience in applying well-developed problem-solving skills (quantitative, conceptual, analytical)
  • A strong understanding of the operating model of a financial services company including systems, data, processes, and governance
  • Experience in project management end-to-end delivering business transformation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully leading a transformational/capability building activity.
