Our team manages a diverse mortgage portfolio, ensuring compliance with both product policy and all applicable regulations. This role is crucial in maintaining our ability to offer new mortgages, highlighting the significant impact of our work.
In this role, you'll join a close-knit team, continuously managing products within your assigned part of our mortgage book. These are some of the activities you can expect to be involved in day to day.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work together with various teams, including product management, customer-facing teams, risk specialists, and customer support, to ensure we consistently deliver good outcomes for our customers.
- Compliance with Product Policy: Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual product reviews to demonstrate that we provide good outcomes and fair value for our customers.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks in our product portfolio and work collaboratively to develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure our products meet all relevant regulations and industry standards, showcasing our dedication to excellence.
