HOURS: Full time
WORKING PATTERN: Hybrid, 40% (or two days) in an office site
About this opportunity
We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and forward-thinking senior manager to join the Consumer Lending Chief Controls Office. In this role, you will be focussed on managing specific initiatives that will deliver assurance across Consumer Lending profile through the use of data-led monitoring solutions and automation together with outcome testing in relation to our Transport end to end business.

In this role, you will
- Use technical knowledge to lead the design and execution of data-led assurance across our business.
- Lead delivery of high-quality actionable insight to help drive informed decisions to address any issues identified
- Support Consumer Lending in maintaining a robust control environment through monitoring capability that ensures quality insight that can inform business decisions.
- Be inquisitive of data and tooling innovation available and help us deliver our ambition of leading excellence in data literacy.

It would also be great if you have:
- Good awareness of the lending products, policies that apply and systems which are used.
- Knowledge of project management techniques and tools.
- Experience using the RCSA system and working with risk and control owner teams.
