JOB TITLE: Senior Manager - Mass Affluent Insurance, Pensions & Investments Propositions

LOCATION(S): Bristol, London, Leeds, Birmingham, Manchester, Hove

HOURS: Full-time

WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time at an office hub.

Responsible for building out a sound financial framework or "hierarchy of needs" underpinned by regulation. Apply the framework across our propositions by developing new and creative solutions that drive engagement and deepen customer relationships.

As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for developing innovative customer engagement models and value propositions to achieve our income and growth goals. You will work closely with colleagues across Lloyds Banking Group, including the Insurance, Pensions, and Investments division and Scottish Widows, to craft customer experiences that empower financial resilience. Our proposition will be aligned and integrated with the wider Mass Affluent strategy, and we have ambitious goals and targets that require creative and driven solutions.

You'll be dedicated to making a real impact in the industry to unlock customer needs at critical life moments helping them gain financial confidence and driving our strategic growth

Passionate about connecting the best of our digital and human channels to support customers with their daily needs, life goals, and future plans You'll be an enthusiastic, motivated leader relentlessly focussed on improving our presence with Mass Affluent customers and supporting our growth targets.

Key Skills:

  • Customer centric- anticipates customer's needs and uses customer input and steer to present targeted, integrated, and outcome-focused solutions and opportunities.

  • Proposition Design -experience of working across propositions, products, channel distribution and marketing to design and deliver market-leading digital propositions which solve our target market jobs to be done.

  • Creativity and Innovation -bringing creativity and a different way of thinking will be essential- 'Be Bold' is the value we live by! Using external insights and problems as opportunities to generate creative ideas and experiments with original ideas to test their effectiveness and ability to increase business growth.

  • Market awareness- Deep understanding and track record of creating and working with investment products and solutions. Knowledge of industry developments and innovation in digital-first distribution models for insurance, pensions and investments.

  • Delivery -expert change leader with strong organisational skills to deliver initiatives at pace whilst dealing with multiple priorities and ambiguity.

  • Leadership -people-first leader, encouraging others, offering mentoring, and coaching to get the best out of the team.
