What you will do:
Metro Bank recently announced a strategic pivot to Corporate and Commercial Banking; the Business Management team will be at the heart of this strategy, ensuring we have clear people, process, technology and product plans across all of our Corporate & Commercial teams.
As our Business Management & Transformation Manager you will collaborate with our teams across Corporate & Commercial Banking to create and deliver a transformation roadmap/plan to ensure that they have the necessary tools to deliver against their strategic objectives. Additionally, you will ensure the backlog of KPI led technology transformation initiatives are being appropriately prioritised with the Bank's engineering and technology teams.
• Build out a long-term tech, data and automation roadmap in collaboration with the Corporate & Commercial teams, focused on lending, deposits and income growth
• Partner closely with the banks transformation and technology teams to ensure that initiatives are appropriately prioritised and delivered into the business
• Chair Corporate & Commercial's monthly transformation forum to ensure a consistent flow of new ideas are directed into the relevant delivery teams
• Represent the team at external market events/conferences to keep a "pulse check" on industry developments/emerging technologies that could be of benefit to the Corporate and Commercial teams
• Work with the Frontline teams as well as the Enterprise Analytics function to create clear and concise tools and reports to give Frontline teams intuitive and scalable portfolio reporting/customer management tools that saves time and enables data led conversations with customers and prospects
• In collaboration with the Banks Data team, support the running of key business reporting and management forums through the creation of packs, reports and insights to a variety of stakeholders

What you will need:
• Understand the risks associated with your job and what that means for you, Metro Bank and all our stakeholders
• Experience of technical and non-technical solutions combined with, managing and delivering operational improvements and projects within a Commercial Banking environment or Management Consulting
• Understanding of Corporate & Commercial products, services, and teams
• Experience developing business cases and roadmaps; be able to prioritise and drive key strategic priorities for the Bank
• Knowledge of delivering solutions with defined success metrics
• Excellent communication skills combined with the ability to manage, influence and present to stakeholders up to MD/Exec level
• Understanding of data analysis techniques & trend analysis - proficiency in (basic) SQL for querying databases and data manipulation would be preferred
• Experience with data visualisation tools for creating reports and dashboards - Power BI preferred
