What you will do:

• Create and issue facility documents to customers, working with internal stakeholders to manage timescales and maintain high levels of accuracy

• Update and maintain our Customer Relationship Management system (SLIM), enabling Management Information to be reported to the leadership team correctly

• Support our colleagues, log leads, update CRM, issue offer letters and legal documents, complete searches, manage pipelines, request limits on Bad Debt Protection, on-board new customers, manage updates on Dancerace, complete review searches

• Support the Relationship Management team within life variations to customer facilities

• Create and maintain the MI suite and distribute this to the Business at agreed times

What you will need:

• Experience in various administrative roles where you have dealt with high volumes of work and needed to manage workloads

• You don't necessarily need experience of Invoice Finance, but you do need to be organised, efficient, attend to every detail, take ownership, and have a desire to deliver amazing customer service!

• Be self-motivated and driven, but also willing to work as a team

• Experience issuing legal documentation is preferred

• Understand of the risks associated with your job and what that means for you, Metro Bank and all our stakeholders
