Who are we looking for
At N, want to create an uplifting, one-of-a-kind experience for all our customers.
We are looking for a smart & upbeat individual to join our small customer service team and be the face (and voice!) of the business to potential customers. Playing a crucial role in our front-line customer sales and onboarding experience, the right candidate will balance organisational ability & a target-driven attitude with a variety of soft skills, such as written communication and time management. But above all, they'll have impeccable people skills - always going that extra mile to delight our customers.
Key responsibilities and tasks:
- The voice of the brand - developing great relationships with our parents over the phone.
- Managing pipelines of new customers end to end; processing enquiries & converting them into new N Family Club members
- Ability to retain detail and confidently answer all questions our new nurseries, our educational programme & how we operate; fees, curriculum, policies, registration.
- Managing a robust and effective enquiry follow-up process to maximise the conversion of potential members.
Composing friendly and articulate emails to customers & responding in a timely manner.
About you
- A good degree or 4 years relevant work experience
- A love for customer service (making people happy!)
-Experience in a 'soft-sell' customer service or sales role preferable
- Target-driven and ability to work at speed
- Confident on the phone and in email communications
- Really familiar with gmail
- Highly personable and articulate
-Passionate and positive (you always see the glass half full!)
- Driven by a 'make it happen' attitude
- Hard worker and problem solver
- Min 1 years' relevant experience
