- Earn between £23,800 - £25,000, rewarding your hard work and dedication

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supporting the delivery of our 'learning through play' educational ethos and the N Curriculum;
  • You will sensitively implement the pattern of the day routine;
  • Support in the planning of innovative learning experiences that constantly challenge children's learning and development;
  • Support in the completion of high-quality assessments and planning for the children within your care;
  • Ensure that key transition periods within the room such as sleep times, mealtimes and outings occur smoothly;
  • Meal time supervision and adhering to all of N's mealtime policies to ensure we are keeping our children safe when served and eating food;
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures;
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with parents;
  • Promote and role-model and adhere to safeguarding procedures and the importance of child welfare
  • Ensure that the highest standards of cleanliness are maintained throughout the day;
  • Ensure that daily H&S-related tasks and checks happen promptly & thoroughly with any concerns followed up;
  • Ensure all policies, procedures are known and followed.
  • Be committed to continual reflective practice;
  • Be accountable and implement behavioural safety within the nursery;
  • Responsible for always adhering to the company's H&S policy: "Statement of Intent"
  • Be a role model for exceptionally high standards, never cutting corners, thriving on feedback and leading on educational excellence.

Support nursery operations with ad-hoc tasks to ensure the smooth running of the nursery
