About the role
Are you ready to take the reins and lead the evolution of a cutting-edge local area marketing service? We have a fantastic brand-new opportunity for a Marketing Team Lead to join our wider Marketing & Digital division on a permanent basis. In this role you will drive innovation, optimise performance, and make a real impact across our dynamic agency network.
You will spearhead the implementation of a segmented local area marketing service that meets the diverse needs of our agency network. Collaborate closely with key stakeholders and team members to establish and uphold clear principles, ensuring seamless integration of self-service and consultancy approaches. You will leverage data insights to continually refine and optimise our marketing service. You'll oversee day-to-day prioritisation and planning, ensuring that every marketing request is handled with precision, governance, and adherence to SLAs. In addition, you will develop and execute an ongoing internal communications plan to boost awareness and engagement with our local area marketing service.
You will work together with our Marketing & Digital, Customer Services and Sales & Agency divisions, cultivating strong and effective relationships with stakeholders to ensure that on-brand, pre-approved materials are readily available for self-service by Agents and the regional Sales team and provide valuable feedback to the campaigns team on opportunities for improvement and innovation.
You will also lead, manage, and motivate your team to achieve their full potential. You'll conduct daily scrums, monitor individual pipelines, and address any challenges head-on to keep the team on track.

Your expertise in GDPR ensures that all marketing activities are compliant and protect customer data, making you a trusted guardian of best practices. You thrive on process development and improvement, always looking for ways to streamline and enhance efficiency.
