GI Quality Assurance Supervisor

  • Part-time role (up to 3 days a week).
  • Provide assurance to general insurance sales processes.
  • Hybrid role with 80% homeworking and 20% in Stratford-upon-Avon.
  • About the role

    The General Insurance (GI) Customer Outcomes team has an exciting part-time opportunity for a GI Quality Assurance Supervisor focused on providing assurance that sales processes deliver good outcomes for our customers.

As part of the Central Checking Team, you'll provide independent oversight and monitoring of sales telephone calls to assess good customer outcomes and give feedback to relevant stakeholders. You'll also report and escalate trends to help provide business assurance, supporting best practices and continuous improvement

    Further responsibilities:

  • Undertake ad-hoc assurance reviews to identify any emerging risks and to provide business assurance.
  • Report on any non-adherence to company standards relating to GI and identify risks and issues to support best practice and continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • About you

    You possess a solid background in general insurance (GI) with an understanding of end-to-end GI sales processes and regulations. You also have experience working in a customer-focused sales environment. Additionally, you have effective communication skills that enable you to engage with various stakeholders and you also demonstrate great attention to detail and organisational skills that help you to prioritise and manage your time effectively.
