Sales & Marketing Coordinator
About the role
Fixed Term Contract until August 2025
The main purpose of the NIS Sales & Marketing Coordinator role is to co-ordinate and ensure the delivery of agent training on all core NIS products through existing online channels and manage product communications.
On a day-to-day basis, you'll be updating Viva Engage, writing internal newsletters, managing the internal knowledge hub by adding and updating content, and sending agency matter communications. This also includes creating and managing power automate flows.
Additionally, you'll be required to work with marketing on campaigns and sales initiatives, reporting on sales activity and page hits, and delivering all relevant marketing collateral. This includes literature, brochures, and webpages, to support product launches. This ensures that quality standards, timescales, and budgets are met effectively.
Building and maintaining relationships with relevant stakeholders, such as Head Office departments, Regional Sales Teams, Large Corporate Insurance, and NIS external partners, is crucial to ensure the Business Development Team operates successfully and its position is effectively represented

This role falls under Insurance Distribution Directive requirements, and as a result, role holders will be required to demonstrate ongoing Continuous Professional Development in role, along with undergoing regular re-screening to show that they are of "Good Repute". About you
You are an experienced professional with a strong background in delivering communications and development to both internal and external customers within a marketing role. You have a proven track record of building effective relationships within a sales-driven environment and possess a good understanding of delivering integrated campaigns while working with multiple teams. Experience in the general insurance commercial market, gained either through an insurance company or a financial services background, is highly desirable.
Your copywriting skills are exceptional, and you have experience across a variety of channels. You are skilled in the use of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and have experience with publishing software, which is an added advantage. Your social media experience, including LinkedIn, complements your marketing and communications expertise.
You are self-motivated, innovative, and possess excellent time management skills. Your ability to engage stakeholders and your strong written communication skills make you an ideal candidate for this role.
