As a Partner in the Uckfield Agency, you'll be part of a 13-strong team, in one of the fastest growing agencies in the UK-wide NFU Mutual Agency Network. The Uckfield agency is already ranked as one of the Top 15 performing agencies and Top 10 new business agencies in 2023, with ambitions for continued growth. The forecasts for this insurance business are extremely healthy, and you'll be at the forefront of driving the expected 18% growth at the agency by the end of 2024.

Your experience and commercial flair
In this ambitious insurance agency, based in a beautiful part of East Sussex, you'll join an experienced partner to drive the growth this agency is ready for. Using a mixture of commercial flair, appreciation of the rural world and pride in personal service, you'll tap into an abundance of new business opportunities across a large geographical patch including, Shoreham, Brighton, Eastbourne, Pevensey, Lewes and Hailsham.
With the support of NFU Mutual, a strong partnership with the existing partner and a loyal customer base, you'll lead the direction of agency growth, inspiring the team through your demonstrated strong values, ambitious plans and passion for customer care.
This opportunity gives you the independence to put big expansion plans in place, whilst ensuring sustainable growth. You'll achieve this by using your strong track record in leadership and management with experience of driving commercial growth, possibly from a land agent background, to build strong and lasting relationships with an ever-growing mixed portfolio of commercial and farming customers.
