Job Description

Generate minutes from meetings and support agenda setting Able to summarise large pieces of information to give the essential points without the mass detail Ability to meet deadlines Generate graphs, charts, diagrams and reports as and when required Maintaining team members calendars on Outlook Create and maintain databases and Excel spreadsheets as required Organise and schedule meetings which includes booking training rooms external and internal Raising orders on the trust eprocurement system; maintain stock control and re-order when necessary Manage online booking systems e.g. Career Caf Photocopying, printing and laminating as required Acts as a role model to other staff explaining practices and procedures to less experienced staff Action team and generic emails and forward when necessary Collect and distribute internal and external post As well as the main duties listed above; General office duties will include; filing, sorting and preparing notes, answering the telephone, being the first point of contact for visitors to the department as and when required, arranging induction materials to new members of the team
