Job Description
We provide assertive support to adults with complex psychosis, to help them achieve their Recovery-focussed rehabilitation goals. The team is a pioneering multi-agency project, and along with NSFT colleagues (nursing, OT, psychology, psychiatry and pharmacy), we have fully-integrated substance misuse support from Change, Grow, Live (CGL), social workers from Norfolk County Council, and recovery and peer support workers from Together.
