We're seeking a dynamic Apprentice Recruitment Admin Assistant to be the first point of contact for candidates onboarding on their journey with the Royal Devon. The successful postholder will start on a fixed term 18 months contract as part of their apprenticeship programme. On successful completion, they will progress to a substantive role. Key Responsibilities: Provide outstanding administrative support to our managers to help them with advertising, managing shortlisting, sending invitations, and processing successful candidates. Serve as a liaison between candidates and managers via phone and email, ensuring seamless communication. Thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment with a supportive, fun, and dedicated team. Requirements: Strong IT skills are essential as our entire process is online and computer-based. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Why Join Us? Location: Newcourt House, Newcourt Drive, Exeter, EX2 7JQ this is an office based role and you are required to be on site. Working Pattern: 37.5 Hours per week, Monday to Friday.
