Job Description
You will be responsible for leading and delivering the transformation of Occupational Health and Wellbeing service provision, with NUH as the primary internal client, whist recognising ICS partners as prospective clients and co-design partners. You will also ensure the programme is aligned to the key actions within the NHS People Plan, Growing OH & WB strategy, Enhanced HWB strategy and any relevant national and international guidance from the Faculty of Occupational Medicine, Society of Occupational Medicine, Health and Safety Executive, British Psychological Society, NICE, etc., that are key to the transformation of the trusts occupational health and wellbeing services. You will be expected to demonstrate a clear and thorough understanding of current and future Occupational Health, Mental Health and Well Being opportunities in the health and social care sector, and be able to maximise the commercial opportunities with existing and prospective clients across other industries, with a focus and understanding on the needs of the trusts workforce.
