This is a high profile role within the Chief of Staff Directorate, and the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong track record of successfully delivering change management programmes, a robust and up to date knowledge of employment law and overall expertise as a trusted advisor to board level colleagues. The role requires someone who is passionate about their work, has the felexibility and ability to work in a maxtix structure and enjoys a varied and demanding workload. You will also play a vital and rewarding role in meeting our goal that every member of staff feels they make a difference and are supported to do so. Enhanced digital and data capability is an essential requirement for everything we hope to achieve as a system.The need for new and improved digital and data capabilities permeates every aspect of our strategic ambition as a system, including; the data infrastructure that we need to generate meaningful insights to support more targeted population health approaches, service efficiency, care quality improvement, and generate real world evidence to inform best practice, and the adoption of digital technology to augment current and future care processes, enhance access to care and convenience for service users, and improve outcomes for local people by enabling cross-organisational multi-disciplinary collaboration and care planning, and helping address some of the workforce challenges we currently face.
