Job Description

Main Duties and Responsibilities Communication Skills Maintain the confidentiality of information about patients, staff and other health service business in accordance with Trust Policy. To aid Hospital staff, visitors and patients, following Trust policies and procedures. Guide and direct visitors and deal with in a helpful and friendly manner. Ability to communicate sensitive information using tact and diplomacy when dealing with deceased family and friends. Actively participate in any departmental Information Technology initiatives. Analytical and Judgmental Skills Communicate daily with all users regarding any variation in service that may be required. To log and report any faults found within the areas of responsibility and escalate any other issues accordingly. Planning and Organisational Skills Attend daily briefing meeting with Supervision, and liaise with other Departmental Managers For full description please refer to attached job description & person specification
