Job Description

At all times to carry Trust communication devices (Eg. Two-way radios, tablet device) to facilitate immediate response to emergencies. To liaise with Works Management regarding plant equipment failures and to request the supply of goods and/or services as necessary To work in accordance with the requirements of the Trust on low pressure water systems performing various tasks. To carry out Grounds & Garden duties during seasonal peak times. To assist the maintenance craftsman in minor works of other trades in the engineering department, adopting a flexible and adaptable role in that context To carry out basic maintenance and cleaning duties of various electrical and mechanical plant in particular lamp replacement, light cleaning, grilles and diffuser cleaning of ventilation systems Unblocking toilets and drains. Driving to outreach building to carry out repairs and delivers.
