Strong stakeholder communication skills. Skilled in defining and interpreting technical and business requirements. Analytical problem-solving skills with creative solutions. Proficient in data collection (e.g., interviews, questionnaires). Ability to synthesize and present complex information clearly. Knowledge of business analysis techniques (e.g., process mapping, data modeling). Skilled in creating tailored, high-quality management reports. Desirable: Experience in healthcare settings. Familiarity with BPMN. PRINCE2 certification or similar.
