Job Title: - Care Support Worker Trust: - Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust Location: -Northern General Hospital Pay Rates:Day - £12.45 Sat/Nights - £16.80 Sun/Bank - £21.03 Shift Patterns: 7:30am to 3:30pm, 7:30am to 12:30pm, 9am to 5pm, 12:30pm to 8:30pm, 3:30pm to 8:30pm, 8pm to 8am ( Part time , Full Time) About the Trust - Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, rated Good in their most recent CQC report, provides a full range of hospital and community services for people in Sheffield and the surrounding areas. What you can add: Monitoring patients' conditions by taking temperatures, pulse, respirations and weight Assisting in the delivery of patient care as directed by the Registered Nurse Ensuring that the patient is the prime focus when making decisions about their care and well being Assisting patients with compassion when undertaking normal activities of daily living whilst ensuring that privacy, dignity, and human rights are respected The role will involve, but not be limited to you performing the above. What you'll need: Minimum of 6 months Acute HCSW UK (Private, NHS or Armed Forces) hospital/hospice experience within the last 2 years *Depending on the Trust, you may require variable additional certification and skills.
