Job Description
The post holder is responsible for providing support and facilitation for patients to achieve their health and well-being outcomes Providing physical nursing care, psychological and social support, recognising unmet needs and collaborating with registered practitioners. Participate in the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care for patients on the inpatient [IPU], in conjunction with the Registered Nurse. Support the Registered Nurses in relation to checking the administration of controlled drugs, emergency interventions and all aspects of client care.
